All financial obligations must be taken care of on or prior to the day of service. Before your scheduled consultation appointment, we will contact your insurance company to get an estimate of your benefits. You will be informed of any insurance reimbursements that you are likely to receive at the time of the consultation. We will then file the claim with your insurance company on your behalf instructing them to reimburse you, the insured participant, directly.
We are happy to work with any patients dental PPO plan to maximize all benefits that are available to you. For those patients that are interested in financing, we are pleased to participate with Cherry Finance, Proceed Finance, and Care Credit. We also take Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
